Design & Build
The one-off engine that constructs everything: activation, agents, skills, data and integration, in value-gated waves.
The problem
A roadmap is a plan, not a working system. Between the Discovery that says what to build and the managed service that runs it, something has to construct the agents, the skills, the data foundation and the integrations, properly, once.
What you get
- A one-off build project, scoped from your roadmap and sequenced into waves
- Workforce activation, managed agents and governed skills, built together
- The foundations they need: a governed data layer (no rip-and-replace), a curated knowledge base for grounding, an integration layer with least-privilege access, and the evaluation framework that gates every agent into production
- A deliberately small, cheap first wave that proves the biggest prize before the larger build is funded
How it’s governed
The governance and evaluation gates are built alongside each agent, not bolted on after. Nothing reaches production without clearing them.
It’s costed bottom-up and value-gated: you fund the large build only once the first wave has put a real win in your hand.
Why it’s credible. This is the engine that built everything on the What we’ve built page: the agents, the 100+ skill library, the portal, the integrations. We constructed our own operation with it first.
