Design & Ignite · phases 2–3
The one-off engine that constructs everything: activation, agents, skills, data and integration, in value-gated waves.
A roadmap is a plan, not a working system. Between the Discovery that says what to build and the managed service that runs it, something has to construct the agents, the skills, the data foundation and the integrations, properly, once.
The governance and evaluation gates are built alongside each agent, not bolted on after. Nothing reaches production without clearing them.
It’s costed bottom-up and value-gated: you fund the large build only once the first wave has put a real win in your hand.
Why it’s credible. This is the engine that built everything in our case studies: the agents, the 100+ skill library, the portal, the integrations. We constructed our own operation with it first.
Not every process should be automated end-to-end. Some work stays human-led: a tender response, a client proposal, a judgement call. It still needs to be done your way every time, not reinvented by each person from scratch. Skills package your best method, the voice, the rules, the structure, into a governed, versioned asset published to your organisation’s Claude library: central method, local control. They’re designed and built here, alongside your agents; deployment onto every desk is part of your Governed AI Rollout.
