Business Intelligence

Leverage on decisions: an agent assembles every feed overnight, writes the analysis, and has the group’s numbers explained before the day starts. One live cockpit, not another report.

The problem

Most businesses run on numbers that arrive too late, from too many places. Sales in one system, labour in another, cash in a spreadsheet one person updates by hand. By the time the picture is assembled, the decision it should have informed has already been made.

What you get

  • A live cockpit built around your operating rhythm: cash runway, trading by venue, labour against allowance, order book, whatever your Discovery says decides your week
  • An agent that assembles the feeds behind it (bank, POS, ERP, rostering, inventory) and writes the analysis: a short daily focus list of what needs attention and why, fresh before you open it
  • Chat grounded on the same dataset, so “why is that number down” gets answered from your figures, not from the internet
  • Zero new habits for your team: machines send, people don’t

How it’s governed

Every figure on the cockpit traces to a named source and a received timestamp. A feed that goes quiet shows a staleness badge, never a silent blank. Raw pulls are processed and deleted each run; nothing accumulates. Where the agent reads something that should change a setting, it proposes and a human approves.

The dashboard is the surface; underneath it is a managed agent, and it clears the same evaluation gate and monitoring loop as every other agent we run.

In rollout: a manufacturer’s cash cockpit

A uniforms manufacturer ran group cash on a hand-built daily spreadsheet: bank balances, trade finance, tax-office payment plans, a live order book. We rebuilt it as a cockpit fed by nine sources, from the daily bank feed to nightly exports out of a legacy order database. The agent assembles the lot overnight, computes cash runway and facility headroom, flags the days a forecast runs a facility over its limit, and writes the morning’s focus list. Fresh by 6am, with zero new daily habits asked of the team. In rollout now: feeds connecting, go-live gated behind a supervised first run.

Demonstrated, then signed: an airport hospitality group

A multi-venue airport hospitality group, eleven venues across two airports, had sales split across three point-of-sale platforms with no consolidated view. We built their group trading cockpit as a working demonstration first, on openly illustrative data: passenger spend rate, labour against allowance, daypart performance, and the agent’s daily focus cards. The demonstration did the selling, converting to a signed four-week delivery within a fortnight. The production build now in flight consolidates six systems: three point-of-sale platforms, rostering and payroll, accounting, and inventory, syncing hourly through trading with an early-morning analysis run.

◎

A note on honesty. Statuses above are stated plainly: one cockpit is in rollout, one is in delivery, and the demonstration was labelled as illustrative data the whole way through. That is how we sell this: show the working system, name what is real, and let the cockpit make its own case.
