Orange AI provides AI enablement consulting services, strategic advisory, digital products, and related services as described on the website. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.
Certain services (including the AI Opportunity Call and AI Activation) are available for purchase via the website. You agree to pay the published price plus applicable GST; payment is processed securely by our third-party booking and payment provider and we do not store payment details; prices are in AUD; GST of 10% applies to Australian purchases; a tax invoice is issued upon payment.
Contact hello@orangeai.com.au within 7 days of purchase. For the AI Opportunity Call, refund requests made before the session takes place are granted in full; once delivered, no refund is available. For the AI Activation, refund requests made before work commences are granted in full.
All website content is the property of Orange AI and protected by intellectual property law. Deliverables produced in a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. Orange AI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from engagements to improve its services and methodology.
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, reproduce content without permission, scrape or extract data with automated tools, or submit false information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
