1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Orange AI website (orangeai.com.au) and any services provided by Orange AI Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("Orange AI", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

Orange AI provides AI enablement consulting services, strategic advisory, digital products, and related services as described on the website. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between you and Orange AI.

3. Productised offerings and payments

Certain services (including the AI Discovery Session and AI Readiness Report) are available for purchase via the website. By purchasing a productised offering:

• You agree to pay the published price plus applicable GST
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
• GST of 10% applies to all Australian purchases in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999
• A tax invoice will be issued upon payment

4. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a productised offering, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@orangeai.com.au. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For the AI Discovery Session, refund requests made before the session takes place will be granted in full. Once the session has been delivered, no refund is available. For the AI Readiness Report, refund requests made before work commences will be granted in full.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Orange AI website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Orange AI and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement (reports, strategies, architectures, code) are licensed to you for your internal business use unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. Orange AI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from engagements to improve its services and methodology.

6. Website use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute website content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the website

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

The information on the Orange AI website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information. Any reliance you place on website content is at your own risk. The website does not constitute professional advice — specific recommendations are provided only within the context of a paid engagement.

9. Third-party services

The website integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), HubSpot (CRM), and Google Analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Orange AI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

10. Confidentiality

Information submitted through venture partnership forms, co-founder enquiries, and hiring applications is treated as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to evaluate your enquiry.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
